Most Christians don’t realize the Bible contains more than 2,000 scriptures on money, wealth, stewardship, and possessions. Yet many believers still struggle financially — not because they lack faith or discipline, but because they’re applying worldly financial strategies to a Kingdom assignment.
I break down these principles in-depth in my latest YouTube episode.

Today, let’s explore the 3 Hidden Wealth Secrets in the Bible that can radically shift how you view money, purpose, and provision.
1. David’s Season Before the Throne — Obedience in the Waiting
David was anointed long before he ever sat on the throne. Instead of instant elevation, he experienced a long season of hiding, running, and uncertainty. Many believers mistake delay for denial, but David’s story reveals a powerful truth:
Waiting is preparation, not punishment.
God often tests your stewardship, habits, and discipline before releasing increase.
In my own journey as a coach, I had months of low income — $500 to $1,000/month — but those months built the systems and character I needed for $5K, $10K, and later $20K+ months.
Biblical Wealth Secret:
Increase follows readiness.
2. Moses’ Lesson — The Way You Build Wealth Matters
In Numbers 20, God instructed Moses to speak to the rock. Moses struck it instead. Water still flowed — but he lost access to the Promised Land.
This teaches an overlooked principle:
Results do not validate disobedience.
Many people get financial results using shortcuts, risky trades, gimmicks, or “quick money” strategies. But Scripture teaches that sustainable wealth is built on:
- Wisdom
- Patience
- Integrity
- Stewardship
- Research
When I invested my first $1,000, I avoided hype and chose long-term, studied investments like VTI, SCHD, and NVDA. The growth that came was a result of wisdom, not luck.
Biblical Wealth Secret:
How you build wealth determines whether that wealth lasts.
3. Divine Alignment — Provision Follows Assignment
This is the most freeing and controversial principle.
Your provision is connected to your purpose.
God doesn’t promise everyone riches — but He promises provision for the work He assigns you.
Ephesians 2:10 reminds us that our purpose was prepared in advance. When I aligned fully with my assignment — creating coaching programs that help people reach financial freedom God’s way — my income increased from $200–$300/month to over $20,000/month.
Not because I chased money.
Because I chased purpose.
Biblical Wealth Secret:
You don’t chase provision.
Provision is already assigned to your purpose.
This same principle is seen in the story of Elijah and the widow in 1 Kings 17. God had already commanded provision — they simply had to walk in alignment.
Final Thoughts
Here are the three Kingdom wealth secrets again:
1️⃣ Obedience in the waiting (David)
2️⃣ Integrity in the process (Moses)
3️⃣ Alignment with purpose (Divine Assignment)
When you walk in these biblical principles, you step into wealth that is sustainable, peaceful, and purposeful.
